Represented the owner in the sale of this two-building asset in the Westside of Downtown Baltimore.  The corner property – 307 Park Avenue - is a 3-story, mixed use building featuring three substantially renovated dwelling units above a 1,200 square foot unfinished first floor retail space.  The second building – 123 W. Mulberry Street - is a 2-story, 3-unit, multi-family building, most recently 100% occupied.


210 W. Saratoga Street

Represented the owner in the sale of a recently renovated  mixed-use building containing a total of 3,000 square feet and featuring store front retail with an owner's dwelling unit above.


7-9 W. Mulberry Street

Brokered Sale of Office Building Totaling 21,800 Square Feet.


3138 Oakford Avenue

Represented the estate of the owner in the sale of this 2-story, 4,1060 square foot dental office in the Park Heights community of Baltimore City to a local non-profit, which plans to totally renovate the building for social services program space.


3117 Greenmount Avenue

Represented the owner in the sale of a 7,000 square foot, 2-story, retail building.

Represented Zion Baptist Church in the sale of its former middle school building containing 12,000 square feet of modern space configured as 6 classrooms with a full commercial kitchen and dining room.


913 Ridgebrook Road

Represented owner in the sale of a 2,000 square foot office condominium.


1403 E. North Ave

Occupied most recently by Eastern United Methodist Church, the building suffered a major roof damage when embers from a multi-alarm fire, blocks away, ignited the roof.  Our firm represented the selling congregation in identifying another congregation whose members possessed construction expertise and could pay a fair price in it’s as-is condition.  Our firm also arranged seller-financing.


9 N. Howard Street

Represented the owner in the sale of this 5-story, 13,000 square foot building with a 2,000 square foot retail storefront, long occupied by the owner’s business.  All four upper floors are in shell condition.  Buyer plans to build apartment units on upper floors.  This was one of the first Opportunity Zone deals in Downtown Baltimore.


2519 N. Charles Street

Represented the Afro American Newspaper in the sale of this 17,400 square foot, 2-story office building located in Charles Village community of Baltimore City.  The buyer, the Robert W. Deutsche Foundation, plans to relocate its headquarters from Towson and occupy the building after the gut-rehab is completed.


1125 Appleton Street

Represented the owners in the sale of this 8,484 square foot church property situated on a 25,700 square foot lot in the Midtown-Edmondson community of Baltimore City.  Our firm identified another congregation that acquired the property using seller financing, but retired the note within one year.
